CrewHub is a tool for construction crews: tracking time, organizing tasks and schedules, keeping job-site photos and receipts, and calculating pay. It is a record-keeping and coordination aid.
CrewHub is a business tool for people aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Crew-Hub is provided by CREW-HUB, a business name registered in Ontario, Canada by Vladyslav Deineka, sole proprietor (BIN 1001718397) ("we", "us"), 58 Dunnett Drive, Barrie, Ontario, L4N 0J6, Canada. Contact: team@crew-hub.ca.
You need an account to use CrewHub. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at team@crew-hub.ca if you believe someone else has access to it.
You can delete your account at any time, from Profile → Delete account inside the app, or by writing to team@crew-hub.ca. What happens to the records is set out in the Privacy Policy.
CrewHub organizes people into companies. If you create a company you are its owner: you decide who joins, what each person can see, and what is recorded about their work.
If you are an owner, you are responsible for telling the people you invite that their working time and their location during shifts are recorded, and for obtaining whatever consent the law where you operate requires. We give you the tools; the employment relationship, and the legal duties that come with it, are yours.
CrewHub is not a certified payroll system. It does not track or apply local labour law, overtime rules, minimum wage, or tax regulations, which differ by country, state and province.
Overtime, allowance, deduction and tax settings are configured by the employer for their own situation, and it is the employer's responsibility to ensure they comply with the law that applies to them. Any figure CrewHub shows is a calculation from what was entered, not legal advice and not a statement of what is owed under law.
Marking hours as paid in CrewHub is a record only — it does not move money. All actual payment, and the resolution of any pay dispute, is between the employer and the worker and happens outside CrewHub.
Subscriptions are arranged separately at crew-hub.ca and are not sold through this app. There are no in-app purchases. If you subscribe, you do so on our website, and the mobile app simply gives you access to the account you already pay for.
A free trial period applies to new companies. When it ends, access to the company's data is restricted until a subscription is active; the data itself is not deleted.
Do not use CrewHub to break the law, to harass anyone, to upload content you have no right to upload, or to attempt to reach data belonging to a company you are not a member of.
Photos, notes, receipts and documents you upload remain yours. You grant us permission to store and display them for the purpose of operating the service for you and your company, and nothing else.
CrewHub is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your records intact, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We take backups; you should keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. The app can export your records.
You can stop using CrewHub at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
If a subscription ends, your company's data is not deleted. Access to it through the app is restricted until a subscription is active again, and everything — hours, payments, photos, invoices — stays exactly as it was. Ask us at team@crew-hub.ca and we will export it for you.
We say this plainly because the opposite is common and unpleasant: a lapsed subscription that quietly destroys a year of payroll records is not something we are willing to build.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, arising out of use of CrewHub. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
